How to install presets into Lightroom:
 
Step 1: Unzip file and locate the DNG file
Step 2: In Lightroom click add photos and import the "Warm Woods DNG"
Step 3: Select the photo and click "presets" 
Step 4: Click "Create preset" and lable it and save with all boxes check marked
Step 5: Apply preset to your photos!
